Framework for Inclusion in the Work Place
A Supportive Pathway
Develop a supportive Pathway that leads to inclusive change within the organisation
As a business leader, you are pivotal in creating the UN 2030 Agenda Paradigm Shift. This recognises the innovation and economic growth that an Inclusive Workplace brings to the business, evidencing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Creating an inclusive workplace redresses the current imbalance and benefits everybody.
The conflict between the intent and the administration of traditional diversity and inclusion policies can result in fear, prejudice, discrimination or litigation.
Our supportive organisational change frameworks provide you with holistic and sustainable pathways to overcome these barriers and become an exemplar in your field.
Work places that are designed to be inclusive meet the needs of everyone who connects with your business - opening up the marketplace. This brings out the best in the people who spend time in them.
How we work
Removing Conflicts Between Intent and Administration
We work with you to develop a bespoke Pathway Framework that works for your organisation.
As part of the process, we will introduce your team to the concept of what it means to be inclusive in the workplace.
This introduction is delivered through a three day workshop consultation carried out with your management team. This covers:
- Access and Inclusivity Audits across all Functions
- Sessions with experts who share experiences, impacts and advice
- User case studies
- Access to practical support mechanisms and services
We will also develop a bespoke Strategic Action Plan for the Organisation.
Working With Your Organisation
The Pathway Framework does not end with the workshop. After successfully completing the introductory workshop, we invite your organisation to put the bespoke Strategic Action Plan into practice by embarking on a journey through the Pathway.
We have designed this journey in easy-to-follow modules that relate to the business and operational functions.
The modules are developed in a way that makes them relevant for Staff, Management and C-Level Executives.
Your organisation will be able to access digital and online practical workbooks, as well as tools and methodologies with which to meet the milestones set within your specific Strategic Plan.
As an organisation, you can purchase an annual package of licenses that allows your staff to work through the workbooks in their own time.
We can continue to work your organisation, providing them with bespoke coaching, as and when they need it on their journey through the Pathway.
We can also train identified leaders to be able to roll out the Pathway throughout the organisation.
