Jacqueline Winstanley FRSA is a global strategist and innovator whose whole career has centered around increasing equality of access to life’s opportunities.
She is a recognised expert and consultant on accessibility and inclusion challenges. Through her work with Universal Inclusion, Fluidity UK and The Inclusive Entrepreneur, she is committed to the global development of Inclusive Cities & Societies especially within the workplace and access to services: developing and sharing cross sector good practice, championing rights and protections of disabled people and others who face barriers to life’s opportunities.
She does this by identifying when conflict arises between Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policy intent and its administration; collaborating to raise awareness, effect change and increase equality of access using various methods and supportive change frameworks, often creating events and opportunities to showcase how it can be done; and by communicating at all levels internationally on innovation in this area. She carries this brand ambition through all her activities and responsibilities.
Jacqueline holds a series of directorships and advisory roles in businesses and organisations including:
Founder and CEO, Universal Inclusion & The Inclusive Entrepreneur;
Secretariat to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Inclusive Entrepreneurship

As Jacqueline says, "I have a comprehensive audit trail in terms of proof of concept and outcomes dating back to 1995, influencing changes in Government policy and developing national guidelines for good practice.
"I develop and implement solutions to barriers which prevent access to life's opportunities, alongside organisational change frameworks and pathways to inclusive working practice.
"There is no doubt my work to date has changed lives and increased representation. My work is varied and I never know where it will take me - Westminster, the UN, working as a Virgin start Up mentor or into the lives and homes of those who are most affected by social injustice, which makes it all the more satisfying.
"My most recent project, The Inclusive Entrepreneur, is certainly causing quite stir. If you are looking to join me on this journey, then do get in touch."
